Order processing
Orders placed before 4pm (GMT+1) ship the same business day. Weekend orders ship Monday morning. You'll receive a confirmation by SMS and email with your tracking number once your package leaves our warehouse in Casablanca.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available across all Morocco. Please have the exact amount ready in MAD when our courier arrives. You can inspect the package before paying.
