Sizes are indicative. When in doubt between two sizes, we recommend going up — especially for running shoes.

How to measure your foot
- Place your foot flat on a sheet of paper against a wall.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe.
- Measure from the wall to the mark in centimeters.
- Match the measurement to the CM column above.
Apparel fit
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, the natural waist, and the widest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Compare with the table — go up a size for a relaxed fit.
